How can i track my order?
We will sent you atracking as soon the order is shipped, you can also track your order on our track your order page in menu!
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order at no cost! However, cancellations must be made before your order is shipped. If the item has already been sent, you can use our hassle-free return system to receive a full refund.
I entered an incorrect address. What should I do?
If you’ve misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email with the correct details. If the address provided is wrong, kindly notify us within 24 hours at Info@chrome-vault.com, and we’ll update it for you.
Please note that we cannot process address changes or issue refunds after 24 hours from the time of order submission.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location, as we ship worldwide from multiple fulfillment centers. On average, delivery takes 6-15 business days.
